There are now 192 people in Florida who have been tested positive for coronavirus.

Volusia County now has the most cases of coronavirus third in Florida with a total of people who have tested positive in the region rose to nine, Florida Department of Health officials announced Tuesday.

The latest two cases in the area, including a woman of 60 years who had contact with a known case of coronavirus, and 48- year-old woman whose case is still under investigation. At 11:00 Tuesday, three of Volusia County were nine cases not associated with travel.

Now there are 192 people in the state who have tested positive for coronavirus. Districts with the Broward County case to 43, the Miami-Dade County, with 32, and Volusia and Palm Beach counties each with nine

Another Volusia residents who have been diagnosed include: a. The 66-year-old woman, a woman of 60 years and a woman 70 years that are all related to the Nile cruise and tours in Egypt; a man 29 years old who have a history of travel but also exposed to someone who currently has a coronavirus; a 71-year man who has traveled; 89 year old woman who had close contact with someone who currently has a coronavirus; and a woman 37 years in isolation and have close contact with a known case of coronavirus.

Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood posted the number of people being monitored for possible exposure to a coronavirus in the area to its Facebook page.

“We were seven confirmed cases and 40 sites are currently being monitored in Volusia,” Chitwood wrote Monday night before the last two positive cases were announced. He stressed that the people being monitored may not turn out to be a positive case.

According to Chitwood, the cases monitored including 14 in DeLand, seven in Ormond Beach, five in Port Orange, four in Deltona, three in Daytona Beach, three in New Smyrna Beach, two in DeBary, one in Holly Hill and one in Orange City.

Chitwood released new numbers Tuesday night showed an increase in the number of cases to 47. Chitwood strike monitored city locations; 16 in DeLand; nine in Ormond Beach; six in Port Orange; four in New Smyrna Beach; four in Deltona, three in Daytona Beach; two in Orange City; two in DeBary; and one in Holly Hill.

Chitwood said officials also saw the potential of using the Volusia County Fairgrounds for a drive through the testing site coronavirus but he said it is still in the planning stages.

sheriff said he released this information on the monitored location to help the public and emergency responder aware of the situation, and he plans to continue to update the post.

Flagler County, six citizens is now overseen by the local health department, including two officers Flagler Sheriff. Three of them have tested negative for the virus

the US Department of Health is advising everyone who has traveled internationally to follow the new guidelines of the Central federal for Disease Control and Prevention, as follows:
