We are sorry to share the news that Carnival Cruise Line temporarily stop service, effective with cruise departing Saturday, March 14 through 9 April 2020 in the entire North American fleet based. We will resume service on April 10, 2020.

As you know, COVID-19 now has turned into a global pandemic. Carnival has responded by implementing a higher level of screening, monitoring and sanitation protocols to protect the health and safety of our guests, crew and the communities we serve. We have had no diagnosed cases related to our operations and we are committed to doing our part to support public officials in their efforts to manage and contain the public health situation is unprecedented.

On behalf of all of us at Carnival Cruise Line, we extend our sincere apologies for the disruption to your holiday plans and trust you understand this decision was made with everyone’s best interest at heart.

Since we want nothing more than to welcome you back as soon as we were back in operation, we are pleased to present the following options:

Regardless of which option you choose, your taxes, fees and port charges, gratuities Carnival Vacation Protection, pre-paid, pre-purchased Carnival shore excursions, drinks package and Wi-Fi, and purchasing Fun Shop will be automatically refunded to the original form payment.

If you have an independent air, we encourage you to contact directly the airline operator because they’re flexible with the cost of change.

Q. Do you extend the deadline for the cancellation of a cruise in May?

A. Yes, we listened to the feedback and your guests sailing on cruises from May through September, 2020, can now be canceled 30 days prior to sailing. We also give you more time to make up your future cruise credit so that you can travel within one year from the date of your original sailing.

Q. How do I cancel my cruise?
A. We are experiencing higher call volume than usual, so we encourage you to contact your advisor trip, Carnival Vacation Planner, or access to “cruise manager” on to cancel. FCC you will be equal to the cancellation fee is assessed. Extending the time limit to the date of cancellation and sailing will give you more time to make your plan so that you do not have to wait on hold. We are currently focused on helping guests sail in March and April, 2020.

Q. Do all cruise qualify for Select Fun with Confidence?
A. This applies to all shipping between March and September, 2020.

Q. How long do I have to redeem my future cruise credit?
A. Guests who book for a trip this March will have until March 30, 2021. Guests booked to travel in April -. September, 2020 cruise to sail on a yacht in one year from the date of their original sailing

Q. Will I be protected in level cruise booking my future?
A. Your new reservation will be charged at the rate applicable at the time you make a new booking.

Q. What happens if my new bookings are at a higher level cruise?
A. Guests will be responsible for paying the difference between the level of the new cruise and FCC them.

Q. After I cancel my booking, will I also get a refund for pre-purchased shore excursions, specialty dining, etc.?
A. Yes, refunds will be processed automatically to the original form of payment and can take up to three weeks to be processed by your bank.

Q. What happens if I cancel and have air can not be returned?
A. We encourage you to contact the airline directly for them to be flexible with the cost of change.

Q. I canceled bookings include air Fly2Fun. What happens to my air?
A. Any money paid for fares you will be held as part of your FCC.

Q. I am thinking about booking a cruise for this June. Will I receive an onboard credit and have the opportunity to reschedule the cruise me if I change my mind at the time?
A. No, this does not apply to new bookings made after 10/03/2020.

Terms and Conditions:
* FCC are not transferable, can not be used as a deposit or applied for a sailing charter, has no cash value and must be redeemed on Carnival Cruise Line sail within 1 year from the date of the original sail. The FCC can only be used against cruise rate of one (1) ordering the same currency in which cruise above the initially paid and can not be used for taxes, fees and port charges, fees onboard the Carnival Vacation Protection or gratuity. Booking guest is responsible for payment of the difference between the FCC and the number of new bookings. Some of the destinations on your itinerary may limit or deny entry to the ship that brings every person with symptoms of influenza and disease even if the symptoms do not meet the criteria set by health experts the world including the CDC and WHO – and because it will not even be asked to be evaluated or tested for COVID-19 in the United States or many places around the world. While we will work to minimize these incidents, we have no control over this decision. Carnival will comply with all necessary guidelines that can be implemented by individual goals that may require changes to the schedule. We will make every effort to notify you of any new local policy as soon as the information is made available to us. In some cases, we may choose to replace the port until we can get a clear policy guidelines, rather than risk a situation where we can turn around without cause.
